betphp ("betphp," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of the betphp online gaming platform available at https://betphp.app (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how betphp collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects your personal information when you access or use the Platform, register a betphp account, or otherwise interact with our services.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, betphp is the personal information controller in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform. betphp has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data privacy laws.

Contact details for the betphp Data Protection Officer are provided in Section 14 of this Policy. You may contact the DPO at any time with questions, concerns, or requests relating to your personal data.

betphp collects personal data that you provide directly to us, as well as data collected automatically through your use of the Platform. The categories of personal data we collect include:

betphp does not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under RA 10173) unless strictly necessary for identity verification, responsible gaming compliance, or as required by law. Where sensitive personal information is collected, betphp will obtain your explicit consent.

betphp processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, maintain, and manage your betphp player account, including identity verification (KYC) and age verification (21+ requirement).
• Service Delivery: To provide access to the betphp gaming platform, process deposits and withdrawals, and deliver bonuses and promotions.

betphp processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Consent: Where you have given your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, such as receiving marketing communications.
• Contractual Necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and betphp (i.e., the Terms and Conditions), including account management and service delivery.
• Legal Obligation: Where processing is necessary for betphp to comply with a legal obligation, including PAGCOR regulatory requirements and AML obligations.
• Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of betphp, such as fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

betphp does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. betphp may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment Processors: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, and banking partners, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and age verification service providers engaged by betphp to verify player identity and age.
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government authorities, where required by law or regulatory directive.
• IT Service Providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and cybersecurity service providers engaged by betphp to operate and secure the Platform.

All third-party service providers engaged by betphp are required to process your personal data only in accordance with betphp's instructions and applicable data privacy law, and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

betphp uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform, analyze usage patterns, and support security functions. The types of cookies used by betphp include:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of the Platform, including session management and security. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional Cookies: Used to remember your preferences, such as language settings and login status, to provide a more personalized experience.
• Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how players use the Platform, helping betphp improve its services.
• Security Cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and unauthorized access to player accounts.

You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the betphp Platform. betphp does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies for cross-site advertising purposes.

betphp retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements.

The following retention periods apply to the main categories of personal data held by betphp:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your betphp account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AML obligations.
• Financial Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR requirements.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the activity, for regulatory compliance and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.
• Technical and Log Data: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless required for longer periods for security or fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, betphp will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

betphp implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the betphp Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and government-issued ID information;
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning of the Platform;
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for administrative access to betphp systems;
• Incident response procedures for the detection, reporting, and remediation of personal data breaches.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by betphp:

• Right to be Informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed, as set out in this Policy.
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data betphp holds about you, and information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by betphp.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to betphp's legal and regulatory retention obligations.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or on grounds relating to your particular situation.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe betphp has violated your data privacy rights.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the betphp Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14. betphp will respond to all verified data privacy requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

The betphp Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. betphp does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If betphp becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to betphp, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14.

betphp primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers), betphp will ensure that such transfers are made in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual data protection clauses consistent with NPC requirements.

betphp reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance. When material changes are made, betphp will notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of the betphp Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
