These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betphp ("betphp," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the betphp online gaming platform available at https://betphp.app and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any betphp service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the betphp Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

To register and use the betphp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations. betphp strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of betphp, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betphp Platform or any other gambling platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

betphp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full features of the betphp Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by betphp for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) betphp account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betphp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betphp login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify betphp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. betphp may, at its sole discretion, suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

betphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the betphp Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by betphp at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. betphp may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

betphp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, betphp will notify you of the hold and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All funds deposited into your betphp account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. betphp does not pay interest on player account balances.

betphp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.

betphp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.

Players who have opted into the betphp self-exclusion program or who have set deposit limits that prevent them from meeting minimum deposit requirements are not eligible to claim bonuses during the period of their restriction.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the betphp Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or using more than one betphp account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that is intended to circumvent anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betphp staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other player accounts, or betphp's systems;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

betphp reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds, without prior notice.

All content on the betphp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of betphp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of betphp.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betphp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

betphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betphp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. betphp makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

betphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. betphp provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard after betphp Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your betphp account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the betphp Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

betphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, betphp reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawable funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to be legitimately yours following investigation will be returned via your registered payment method.

You may close your betphp account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees, provided all verification requirements have been met.

betphp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betphp complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. betphp may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

betphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betphp will notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the betphp Platform shall first be submitted to betphp's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit betphp's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
